Yes, mezmur’s are Ethiopian gospel songs.

this song is sung mostly on Epiphany day. She is singing how The Baptist
John baptisized Our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth on the Jordan River.

Hi Dunve. Thanks for your warm words. I am an Ethiopian who speak, read and
write Greek. Welcome! Yes, Mezmur is an Ethiopian Orthodox Hymn.
(Aithiopiki himnologia) using natural elements such as our hands, voices,
Kebero (drums), Washint (Flute) Masinko (Ethiopian Violin), Begena
(Ethiopian Harp – similar to the one King David used in praise of God) and
Kirar (Ethiopia’s own 6 string guitar). May God bless our Orthodox Church
    worldwide. Long Live Orthodoxy. Amen!
